The Corporate Separation of Phosphorescent Material business and Sensor business

Nemoto & Co., Ltd. has separated and transferred its R&D and production part of Phosphorescent Material business to Nemoto Lumi Materials Co., Ltd. and also R&D and production part of Sensor business to Nemoto Sensor Engineering Co., Ltd. both newly established wholly owned subsidiaries.
